How can we do this? Well, we make nice stuff and 99% of the people who purchase our jewelry are thrilled when they get it and become loyal customers. But in the unlikely event you are NOT thrilled with your jewelry when it arrives, you are not stuck with it. You can send the unworn item back to us and we can either make you something else you WILL love (for personalized, custom & engraved items), or give you a full refund (non-personalized items) - minus the shipping charges. That's just how we roll.
—Unworn non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days for exchange or a full refund (Shipping charges are not refundable),
—Personalized jewelry (nameplates, name rings, custom orders, initials, engraved items...etc) can be returned within 30 days for credit/exchange only.
—*Credit for returned personalized/custom items must be used within 2 years of original purchase - exchanged items are not returnable.
