Do you have a physical store?

No. Although we have been doing business in South Florida for over 30 years, we have become a completely online/mail-order company and can no longer accommodate walk-in customers.

What is your return policy?

All of our jewelry comes with a complete 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Please note the following conditions:

  • Unworn non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days for exchange or a full refund (Shipping charges are not refundable)
  • Personalized jewelry (nameplates, name rings, custom orders, engraved items...etc) can be returned within 30 days for credit/exchange only.
  • Credit for returned personalized/custom items must be used within 2 years of original purchase - exchanged items are not returnable.

Is your jewelry solid gold or gold plated?

99% of our gold jewelry is SOLID 14k yellow, white or rose gold. We generally work exclusively with solid 14k gold jewelry - any items we sell that are not solid gold will be clearly marked as Sterling Silver/Gold Plated.

How long will it take to receive my jewelry?

As many of our jewelry items are custom made to order, delivery times will vary. It's best to check the product page of the particular item you're interested in to determine the delivery time. If you need to receive an item by a certain date, it's always a good idea to e-mail us first to determine availability.

How much is shipping?

Because we know that your custom jewelry purchase is important to you, we ship most orders via USPS Priority. Shipping charges are as follows:

  • Up to $299.00...............................$6.50
  • $300 and up...................................$8.50
We will generally ship orders over $300 as "indirect signature required", but you can always choose not to require a signature when placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our jewelry worldwide! International shipping is $25.00 US, and we generally ship international packages via Fedex International Priority.

Do you ship to Military addresses or P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we ship to both Military addresses and PO Boxes via USPS Priority.

How do I return something?

If you are returning an item for repair or stone replacement, send it in to the address below via USPS, UPS, Fedex...etc (insurance recommended) along with your instructions and return address. If you are returning an item for a refund/exchange, send it to the address below along with a copy of your invoice and refund/exchange request. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Is your jewelry guaranteed?

We stand by every piece of jewelry we make. If something you have purchased from us breaks or loses a stone for any reason, feel free to send it in to us for repair/stone replacement. We will always repair anything purchased from us, generally at no cost or for a nominal fee depending on how long ago it was purchased.

How will I know when my jewelry ships?

If you provide us a valid e-mail address when placing your order, you will be notified via e-mail with the tracking info the day it ships. (note: Packages sent to military addresses cannot be tracked)

Do you have a catalog?

No, as we are constantly adding to and updating our jewelry designs, we do not make up print catalogs. You can always see the latest styles we carry on our website, which is updated weekly.

How can I check on my order?

You can check to see if your order has shipped yet by going to our Order Status page and entering your info. You can also e-mail or call us to check on your order. Please remember to allow the fulfillment time listed for your particular item.

What if the ring I ordered doesn't fit?

No problem, we will always resize and ring purchased from us free of charge. Just send it back to our address along with your instructions and return address and we'll take care of it for you.

Name Necklace Questions

Are both the nameplates AND chains solid gold?

Yes, all of our 14k gold name necklaces are SOLID 14k yellow or white gold. Whichever metal color you choose for your nameplate, you will also receive the same color 14k yellow or white gold chain.

Which style nameplate is the Sex and the City "Carrie" style?

The "Carrie" nameplate is the NP-8 Classic Script style with a 16" cable chain. (note: though the cable chain is now the most popular, the original chain worn on the show was the 16" flat anchor chain)

How long will it take to receive my nameplate?

The custom name necklaces generally arrive in one to two weeks.

Do you charge by the letter?

No, the cost for whichever nameplate style you choose will be the same regardless of the amount of letters in your name. Keep in mind that we will generally spread out shorter names a little wider, and longer names will have the lettering closer together. We can also accommodate names with double caps such as "MaryBeth", and do numbers as well as letters.

Can I see what my name will look like before I order?

Due to the large amount of custom name necklaces we produce, we cannot send out depictions for specific names before an order is placed. When you place your order, you may request that we email you a depiction first for your approval.

What if I hate my nameplate when I receive it?

We are the only online jeweler that offers a full satisfaction guarantee on custom nameplates. If you are unhappy with your name necklace, we will work with you to make one you will love or give you full credit towards another purchase.
