     I just wanted to let you know my nameplate necklace arrived today - I am really thrilled with it, it is beautifully made and the lettering and spacing perfect. Thank you so much for making the effort to get it here on time for my birthday - I now have it earlier than expected which means I can wear it to the 2 events I have coming up in the lead up to my birthday (Christina Aguilera concert Saturday night & Gwen Stefani the following Saturday)

The pendant I purchased for my wife was a Christmas gift which arrived with a dislodged stone. Initially, panic set in because it was a couple of weeks before Christmas and I didn't know what to expect since this was my first internet purchase with Personalized Boutique. After a quick phone call to Robert, my mind was at ease. He told me to send it back and the stone would be reset and back to me before Christmas. At the end of September I ordered a "sex & the city" nameplate necklace for my daughter's birthday gift early in October. I had requested the order be expedited, to ensure she would have it for her birthday. I was so happy to have received it well in advance of her birth date. She absolutely adored it! Wow I can't believe that I got my necklace in just over a weeks time. I was hoping that it was not going to be some rip-off deal or a trinket, or some piece of junk, as often with the Internet shopping, you purchase things that you can't touch or really see or feel. I was so excited to open the box, and in hopes that I would not be disappointed. Quite the contrary. I cannot believe that quality of your jewelry. The necklace is absolutely beautiful. The gold is shiny and heavy, the name plate is big, bold and well made, the chain is heavy, and also beautifully made. AND the small diamond is not just a circle with a tiny chip in it, it is an actual set petit diamond. I can't thank you enough for the quality of craftsmanship and care that you put into your work. The days are gone when you can expect to receive true quality items in the mail, and I was SO impressed. I am thrilled with your product and I can't wait to save enough money to purchase another piece. I really can't say enough about how happy I am.
